on good nights, yes, because i have to settle into a comfy position, and i usually get all itchy and stuff...i'm like a damn cat.
on bad nights, when i have a lot going on in my head, i can be up for hours before i fall asleep.
i've also noticed that Sundays have always been a hard night to fall asleep...I guess that's because you're thinking about getting back to work or school, and all the crap you have to do.

I am the worst when it comes to falling asleep. I can be dead exhausted, but the second I get in bed I'm wide awake. I don't know why. I am also a huge tosser and turner, and I usually wake up in the middle of the night and then it takes me a while to fall back asleep.

It takes forever for me to fall asleep and I can only fall asleep with my television on. Plus I'm a light sleeper so I never get more then 2 hours straight and 5 hours total in a night.

It takes me forever to fall asleep..no matter how tired I am. Also if I'm in a strange place or someone is in the bed with me I cannot sleep at all. I may nod off for a few minutes here and there but the littlest noise or monement will wake me right back up. It sucks

For years I've always tossed and turned and taken a long time to fall asleep. Lately, I've been falling asleep faster, so maybe I've beat it. But probably not...

About 5 minutes. I try to lay in my bed for a little bit and watch TV first, then when I ready I turn the TV off and I'm off to dream.

Rodney Dangerfield said it best in "Easy Money"... "I don't know how to sleep, I only know how to pass out".

I usually have to fall asleep doing something, then I wake up and go to bed.

<marquee>I couldn't think of anything funny to put here in my sig, so I figured I would just make a marquee instead... When I think of something, I'll put it here... Maybe it will also scroll... Maybe I'll just have it sit here and look pretty... If I use different colors, it will enhance the beauty of it... IrishAlkey is a homo...

Some nights, I wish I could unhook my arms so I would get comfortable. One night, I was wishing my arms away and it actually happened. Now I'm sorry.

When Im ready to go to bed I sit/lay in bed for awhile. then when it's sleep time I usually fall asleep in 30-45 mins. I face the wall and hug my pillow and think nice thoughts, and Im out. But I have to have some kinda light in my room, its usually my tv, my xmas lights or the fish tank.
