Does "fuck" really come from fornication under consent of the king? Does "faggot" come from the days when they burned sodomites at the stake? Are you a "wop" because your ancestors were without papers? Colorful words have colorful histories...let's find them out!!!!
(Don't forget to give your sources.)

I'll start. One of my most favorite insults is "jizzmop". I find it to be pretty versatile. It can be used against a female, analagous to "cumdumpster", just a disgusting whore who literally absorbs semen and every once in awhile gets rinsed off in a bucket of filthy water. But it can also be used against a male. In that context it conveys the idea that it's more of a job title. Someone so pathetic and insignifcant that all he's good for is wiping down the peep booth. But where does it come from?
The mop (http://www.etymonline.com/index.php?search=mop&searchmode=phrase) part is pretty straightforward.
mop (n.) late 15c., mappe "bundle of yarn, etc., fastened to the end of a stick for cleaning or spreading pitch on a ship's decks," from Walloon (Fr.) mappe "napkin," from L. mappa "napkin" (see map). The verb is first recorded 1709. Related: Mopped; mopping.
The jizz part gets a bit more interesting. It turns out the word jizz (http://www.etymonline.com/index.php?term=jism) (jism, gism, jysm, jasm, etc.) is intrinsically tied to the word jazz (http://www.etymonline.com/index.php?term=jazz)!
jazz by 1912, Amer.Eng., first attested in baseball slang; as a type of music, attested from 1913. Probably ultimately from Creole patois jass "strenuous activity," especially "sexual intercourse" but also used of Congo dances, from jasm (1860) "energy, drive," of African origin (cf. Mandingo jasi, Temne yas), also the source of slang jism.
That was certainly surprising. I should have known the darkies were pulling a fast one on us!

I could not find the background. But tea room slang for rest room or bathroom. And tea party would be sex in the same.
Now where is the next rest stop to practice this slang out?
Yes!

I thought it was for For unlawful carnal knowledge.
Also, I was always told that wop came from guappo which means almost like swindler or bully. There's not much on the web about it but here's a good description:

Yep, you're 100% correct on guappo. I was under the impression that the folk etymology was pretty widespread, but hopefully not.
The fuck thing all kinds of asinine explanations, see here (http://www.snopes.com/language/acronyms/fuck.asp) or here (http://www.etymonline.com/index.php?term=fuck) for a thorough explanation.
And if you care about faggot, I wrote about that over in the Louis CK thread (http://www.ronfez.net/forums/showthread.php?t=87918&page=4).

From that entry, it says "tearoom" originated in the forties. So "toilet room" would certainly precede that.

You can get an idea about usage frequency by searching the Google news archive. It's by no means perfect, but it's a handy tool.
For instance:
"bathroom" (http://news.google.com/archivesearch?q=%22bathroom%22&btnG=Search+Archives&scoring=a)
"restroom" (http://news.google.com/archivesearch?q=%22restroom%22&btnG=Search+Archives&scoring=a)
"toilet room" (http://news.google.com/archivesearch?q=%22toilet+room%22&btnG=Search+Archives&scoring=a)
"water closet" (http://news.google.com/archivesearch?q=%22water+closet%22&btnG=Search+Archives&scoring=a)
