I went to a Dodgers game about a month ago in L.A. and sat in the very front row of the upper deck. It has to be close to a 100 feet from that railing down to the ground level section and only 2 waist high rails protecting a fall. I was uncomfortable the entire game and for the first time, hoped a foul ball did not come my way.

A foul ball would have to be very heavy to pull you over 2 waist-high rails.
