This is old but I only saw it today. Its hilarious but it also encapsulates everything I hate about the west coast. Aside from a "full on complete double rainbow," what would it take to get a reaction like that out of you...? And "what does it meeeeean?"

I did the drive from LA to San Francisco with my ex a few years ago and we saw a rainbow of this caliber on the way. Granted, it wasnt a "double rainbow" but it was perfect. This phenomenon can not be as rare as this weeping a-hole is making it out to be.
