- Lobbyists

- corrupt politicians (is there any other kind?)

- too-big government with uncontrolled spending

- the 'Federal' Reserve

- illegal immigration

- 'nanny state' mentality destroying freedom (thanks to insurance company lobbyists)

not sure about solutions to any of it, so basically we're all f#cked.

#1 -- switch to an alternative model that isn't hellbent on forcing students to obey

#2 -- undo everything Reagan did and let the rust belt and Michigan produce again. Sure there might be scary unions and tariffs, but it is better to create and produce but an economic system based off of selling pizzas and HDTVs to each other is inherently untenable.

#3 -- undo everything Reagan, Bush, Clinton, Bush and Obama have done. Kowtowing to businesses at any avenue has only led us to a decreasing middle class and waning quality of life.

#4 -- Common law is shit and meant for retarded English serfs. Switch to the Napoleonic Code like the real world and buck the flaming shitbag that is the remnant of the British Empire.

#5 -- Move to the model that is the BBC. Corporate interests to produce a profit have led to the press becoming little more than a caricature of itself. It does a massive disservice when all people here are lies that give the best revenue for a news show.

1# Over involvement of government in personal issues.
Make every law ordinance or regulation require popular vote this includes taxes.

2# Corporate control over government regulation and policy
Make every law ordinance or regulation require popular vote this includes taxes.

3# Cultural Intolerance.
I don't have a solution. We all just need to get along.

4#Ignorence in youth
Teach your children that not every thing they read or hear is fact but may be opinion.

5# The break down of the family unit.
Eat dinner at the table away from the tv cell phones and other distractions and TALK

1. Reversing the growth of the percentage of military spending.
2. Making education a real priority to compete in the global economy.
3. Removing the influence of money in politics.
4. Developing a true model of sustainable energy/environmental policies.
5. Finding the balance between corporate/individual tax burdens.

I wish these were codified in some kind of document. We could call it the constitution!

Very discouraging to see how far our government has moved beyond their limits of power. Power, mind u, which was bestowed and granted by the PEOPLE in the first place!

The progressive income tax. One of the most immoral things a government can do to its citizens.

The patriot act. Opens up the door for more government intrusion. Talk about a biometric ID card is frightening.

The entitlement philosophy. Not everything is a human right, we are guaranteed to life liberty and the PURSUIT of happiness.

Repeal the 16th ammendment and go to a consumption tax. Before anyone says that it is regressive, don't make items like basic groceries taxable im talking about items starting like electronics (Sorry a TV isn't a human right)

Sorry to say but life isn't fair. Some people were born already winning the lottery some have to work at it. You do not have a right to steak, lobster and champagne

End this taking off shoes before boarding a plane bullshit. We are a nation of fucking coddled cowards
