I wonder who his last guest is going to be . . . Those lobster sandwiches at Panera are worth every penny . . . I heard they offered the slot to Katie Couric, but she turned it down . . . Hottub and his boys sure are very active in BSA Troop 139 (Hoo ah!) No other troop in the council camps as much as them . . . I haven't watched Larry King in at least eight years . . . Mattycakes is the board's #1 Philadelphia Union athletic supporter . . . I bet going down on Helen Miren's snatch would be like eating a sleeve of saltine crackers without a drink . . . CNN just gave Eliot Spitzer his own show. . .

I vote for Alec Alda to replace him.

Seriously. He's great on Scientific American.

I think he's been dead for five years and they just stick in clips from previous shows.

Not suprising I personally never watch his interviews even when its someone I think is interesting. He's almost on the same level of annoyance as Nancy Grace shit.

I have to imagine CNN brass came to Larry King and said, "Look, you can either retire and have people pretend they've been watching your show and tell you how much they love you for the next few months, or you can just vanish off the air abruptly. Your choice."

It'll be interesting to see who takes that gig. I can't imagine they can get a very big name, because CNN's ratings have been in free fall, so it's not really that good a job. I gotta imagine they just slide one of the people there already into that slot. Does Anderson Cooper need another job?

Maybe someone got him some of the O&A audio, he cried a bit, and finally realized it was time.
