I believe that that video is somehow fake. Even if that heavy bag was full of cotton, I think it would have been a lot more painful than that. I had a real hard time hanging a 70 heavy bag recently by myself. I think if it landed on any part of your body from that height, you would be damaged severely.
Who else calls bullshit?
