Well we have a few days left to the big game. Let's see who can come closest to picking the winner and the score. You can also throw a game tid bit in also.
Rams 35
Pats 20
Marshall scores 2 one running one pass.

I predict that I don't give a shit, just like last year. I want the Rangers to win the Rider's Cup and the Mets to win the Heisman trophy though. That would make my day. I predict that on SUper Bowl Sunday I will go to a super bowl party and eat all the food and drink all the booze since I won't be paying attention to the game.

Sorry pats fans but the matchups just aren't there this week. The underneath drop passes to Falk will be tough for them as they had trouble with the lesser Charlie Garner. I rode them to some big money bets to the bowl, but there done. Eagles matched up the best against the Rams and that game I stayed away from. The Rams will win in blowout fashion. But thanks Pats, the last two weeks you filled my savings account. Sorry Fallon!

Here's the run down:
Pats 17 Tds by Smith and Brown and a good kick by Vinatieri.
Rams 41 Tds (2) Falk and one for Holt and Proel. Two FGs and a defensive pick off for a TD late when the Pats have to throw trying to narrow the gap. Perhaps the lesser DB Todd Light. Things will get out of hand by the 6 minute mark of quarter two. Now that's a guess.

Realize this boys, The Rams always score at least 30 and they will be firing on all cylinders.
And the defense rarely gives up more than 20 pts. Do the math. The Pats also don't match up well. The march down the field will incorpate a lot of short stuff in the middle with the tight end, Falk and Proehl. Then look out when the secondary moves up. They are skilled there, but too slow for Holt, Bruce and Hakim. The Eagles were much quicker and play short coverage better without as much risk. Warner will string this out early. Oh yah, I'm a chargers fan so trust me they suck!

T poo - I would love it if the Pats won, especially since Brady is the QB. I had a good friend as a prof at Washington State U and he told me Drew B. was the dumbest fuck in the world and an asshole to boot! Hence if he started I would be for the Rams, even though their receivers are pussies falling down all the time, they do. I really don't hate any team in it this year and that actually kind of sucks. Now if the Raiders, Cowboys, Ravens, Skins, or Giants were there, uhhhh, I fucking hate them sooo much. Go Boltz, sign another out-dated coach!! Yess!

Funny, very funny. What was the name of the 40 oz bottle that resembled "the Fridge"? Bud brought him in on short yardage situations in the Red Zone. That son of a bitch cost me $3,000.
Rams - 45
Pats - 24

Patriots win the SuperBowl!!!
I have just defeated the St. Louis Rams 49-42 in Madden 2002 for the PlayStation 2. After an awesome punt return by Troy Brown I led the team down the field and with 30 seconds left in the game Smith rushed it in for a 1 yard TD!
I've seen some news channels do this so I figured I give it a try. :)

ALRIGHT HECKLER! that was a low blow! this is football. and how can anyone say, how anyone with any football knowledge can pick the pats? did anyone give them a chance against the raiders? these two teams already met once and that was a close 24-17, only because smith fumbled on the one and the rams took the drive to score. thats a 14 pt swing. forget about the reg season this is the playoffs and the pats have better numbers than the rams. i say
pats 24 rams 17
SLAM THE RAMS!

If the Pats win, it'll be a true "Cinderella" moment. I think the Rams will probably take it, but I think the score will be close.
I just want a good, close game. A blowout either would really suck.

T Poo
Glad to see you got to it quick. What a game! I loved the outcome and I found out that Ty Law was the very person who I played against in the Pennsylvania State Finals game in which Alaquipa (his team) destroyed our surburban white boy team. In fact, it was Ty who ran back the opening kick off for a touchdown to open the floodgates. Hell, I knew he was good, but perhaps the true MVP. Either he or the blanket, Smith at safety. They were both all over and right on those speedsters who do however drop in front of tacklers. I can't be happier being so wrong.
At least I had some things right....like the Pats getting 17 was off only by 3 and the "good kick by Vinatieri". I also got Proehl's TD too. Oh yah, I was also off by 24 points on the Rams score. Congrats Pats fans. Your team found a way, as when my team got to the big game (the bolts) and were huge underdogs, they held up their end. Just admit one thing, if you weren't a Pats fan you never would have picked them. Unless you're guessing like a girl and or IKEA! :) Just playing! And great call Stump 12! Everyone check his prediction!
