Joe does go too far with Al but i think that ron and fez want it that way. i really don't think that they like Al as the producer and use Poo's antics as a way to show how bad Al is.. Most men by now would have thrown one punch at Joe by now.. Poo is like most people they will push until they can't push anymore...

There are times when he does go too far, I think the main problem is the fact that his routine is old. How often can one call Al a fag and tell him nobody knows who he is.It gets old after a while.

it's hard when you work in an environment where someone has a certain title but doesn't do any work...and you end up doing it..

just because joe's jokes are old doesn't mean they're not truthful..he doesn't just say al's gay, he speaks about al not doing work, and other truthful REAL things

i like joe on the show, i dislike al on the show..that's my viewpoint

As far as personalities I like both alone but the Poo V Al on the air is tiresome and Poo himself has grown a bit tiresome and annoying. Like when all he says is "big fag," "you're a loser," it really does get boring and makes me like Al better than Joe. I was pretty psyched when Joe came back but now I'm starting to tire of him a bit. Maybe it's because he rarely speaks now except when he's tooling on Al for being "a big fag". hopefully, after the Big Ass Night of Fights, in which I'm pretty sure Al will destroy Poo, we'll get some new material from Joe.

Frankly, if Al leaves the show, then they are going to miss a fantastic bit.
#1. Joe's voice is freaking funny.
#2. Al brings it upon himself. I mean the guy stands there saying "I'm not gay." Had Al a LONG TIME AGO (heck even now) start going along with the joke and start "defacing" himself the way Norton does to himself, Al would not look as pathetic as he does...
