Alan Wake

Anyone played this yet? I'm enjoying it so far. The story is kind of disappointing, only in that it's not very original. It's part "Silent Hill", part "The Dark Half", and part "In The Mouth of Madness". Granted, that's all good source material, but still not horribly new. The gameplay is pretty damn fun, and the soundtrack is fantastic. I just finished Episode III, and the closing music was "Up Jumped the Devil" by Nick Cave.

It's not the end-all-be-all of games, but if you're a fan of horror fiction it's a pretty enjoyable experience. Combat is surprisingly fun considering the theme and plot of the game.
