If a placebo is what you need to help you quit smoking, great, but it's not right to let other people who might be reading this be deceived into believing that laser smoking cessation has any scientific merit. And there is scientific merit to the lasers working like acupuncture for pain and other things. So who cares, ive tried to quit smoking without it and i never made it as long as i have with it without stressin out. And I know multiple people who have used it and its worked. So whatever you say, find your science, im sure i can go find science the other way. It helps if you really wanna quit

i didnt say its working. I said i havent gotten the physical shit. I smoked alot, prob close to 2 packs most days lately. Anytime i went like 90 min without a cig id get snappy and get shaky and nervous like. I havent smoked in now 6 hours and i still havent gotten any of that. So like I said before, whatever it was that it did, its doing something. Cause my body isnt stressing and withdrawing like it already normally would be

The hardest part about it I guess is not quitting but not smoking after your quit. Nothing beats a cigarette after a good meal, weed, taking a dump and with a cup of coffee in the morning. I was forced to give up smoking once while in the hospital for 5 days they gave me the patch and I had no problem with that but as soon as I got out all I wanted to do was smoke.

I tried quitting for years, with the patch, gum, Zyban, etc. Nothing helped more than that book and I haven't touched a cigarette in over 5 years - quitting is one of the best things I ever did.
