I'd buy a horse farm. I'd still work, but I'd ride in my off time.

Assuming 1 mil after taxes, I'd invest $800K, pay off my mortgage, and hook myself up nice (clothes, furniture, electronics, etc). I'd still work, too. Otherwise I'd go stir crazy.
