I'll start.
I don't know the name of the hospital I was born in
I don't know what year my grandfather died
I don't know anything about my family's history in Ireland

There's more but this is all I could think of for now. How about you guys?

Just in general how to fix things. I know I could but I would just rather not deal with the frustration.

I should probably find out if that thing on my ball is really just a hydrocele.

Why did I hate children's stories when I was a child?

I keep forgetting what my blood type is.

I'll have to ask my Mom, as I'm donating this Friday.

Don't they tell you what type you are when you donate? I never knew mine until the first time I donated. Then they gave me a Red Cross card with my type embossed on it.

Though, I still can't remember if it's A+ or A-. I lost the card years ago.

I have NO idea what my blood type is (I'm 43).

I can't remember the date that my mom died (I was 9)

My dad sat me down when I was 20 and told me EVERYTHING I needed to know about him, my mom, their relationship, they birth control they used, the fertility problems my mom had, the diseases that run in the family... EVERYTHING!!!

He died four months later.

I SO wish I taped that! Every now and then I think, "I wish I had someone to answer my question."

for me: how electricity works.
i know it involves magnets spinning around coiled wire or something like that, but if a light switch burned out, i'd be scared to replace it myself for fear of either killing myself or burning the house down.

Come on, man. It's easy! Just identify the associated circuit breaker. Turn it off. Then stick your tongue on the exposed wires, to ensure that you got the right one.

I called my sister March 23rd. Hadn't spoken to her in months. It was my mother's birthday. Things happen for some reason.

What do you you remember your dad saying?

No, no, no. First you have to pump up the primer handle to give you a charge. Then find the green button that says 'Press to Charge'. Once you have that done -- and this part is absolutely essential -- you need to hold on to your butts.

I can't imagine living this way. Especially considering that AC power has 3 wires, two of which do exactly the same thing.

My dad's brother died in the 70s under mysterious circumstances. When I was younger, my parents told me he was "most likely" pushed off a bridge, which sounds an awful lot like how you'd tell a 5 year old about a suicide. My family doesn't talk about it anymore.

I always forget my blood type too. I know it is rare and I really should start donating.

That's a great point. I always forget mine, and I can only remember I'm the one that's bad for me but good for everyone else as far as donating goes.

exactly! i've seen a million DIY shows where they do electrical work, but i must have some sort of mental-block that doesn't allow it to sink in.

luckily, i live in an apartment, so if the situation comes up, i can just call the super.
