They are cute! I bet its a pain to feed them though. It's not like you can pick up cans of pig chow. Then there is the vet issue is they get sick. How many vets, even exotic pet vets know much about pigs?
In the picture it looks they get along ok with dogs.

Not sure about the vet thing but pot belly pigs are fairly common pets and I know at good vet schools they have to learn lots of different animal anatomy/biology.

The link is for an article where I took that picture. The dog, pigs and cat all live and play together. They lady lives on a farm with tons of pigs but those are her personal pets.
