I lived in Guam ( but as a baby, so I don't remember it) but those troops would swell the population of the island up to 40%.But they're using the same infrastructure from WWII!! Marines are not soldiers. Sorry to be nitpicky but soldiers are in the Army. Having been to Oki twice and to Guam, It would be tough logistically but not impossible. I believe in the late 90's they moved the fixed wing frm Iwakuni to Okinawa. Crispy might know more about that since he was a winger.

Haha, first thing I did was look up his district. He beat Cynthia McKinney. ... I see. Seriously, it's one of those districts, where the democrat always gets elected and if by some chance a whack-job gets the backing of some influential groups, he's a congressman.
