Congrats. I got a couple of kbells for Christmas last year. Need to dust those off and get back to work. I have 2x35lb and a 25lb. Love working out with them. Are you a personal trainer?

yup i'm a trainer. I love the bells, they are a lot of fun, and recent studies show you burn 22 cal. a minute working with them. Equal to cross country skiing uphill.
