Gold Bond Body Powder

I love this stuff for its absorptive and itch relieving properties, but is there any good way to apply it? No matter how you do it, there is always a huge mess, and most methods require a spread eagle, legs up in the air stance. Ideas?

I have been using Gold Bond Powder because I am itchy all the time(allergies). I am overweight and use Gold Bond Powder from time to time. I use lotramin cream and it went away but be careful not to get it in your sensitive area.
