Check with your telco to see if they offer a multi-ring service (they may have their own marketing name for it like sim-ring, follow me, access anywhere, etc.). If someone calls your home number it rings simultaneously on another line like your cell.

Here's what I hate... when I give a dr's office or whoever my cell number as my primary number, then my home phone as a backup, and they call my home phone first. I gave it as an alternate in case of emergency, not so you can leave a message with my family that I'll never get
