So I'm working for the video production department of marketing for a company that, well...deals with granite & marble...ALL of it...in New Jersey. Who do I talk to about a man that is living in the facility (which I'm pretty sure is illegal)? Better Business Bureau? Everyone is aware of it, he's the best friend of the man in charge.

if it's a safety issue, then contact osha

if it's just a general nuisance then go to the very top of the company and report it....or possibly contact the property management/landlord and tell them there's someone living overnight
