I just saw this now and totally thought I was gonna scoop soembody.

I would like to see how this turns out. Maybe she gave the bag to police when they showed up? The old guy didn't help his case by being out of control after the incident. He seems to be known by the local police. I would call it self-defense, but it is a fine line. At some point defending yourself can turn into attacking. I just hope the black guy doesn't sue the city or the old man.

I think he says the black punched him 3 times in the face. I don't think that is what the video shows. The black guy was the aggressor, I am not arguing that.
Just shows how unreliable eyewitness testimony is.

And he mentions that when he took the guy down, he was knocked out for "22 1/2 minutes"... also completely made up.
