Outlook issue...

I have a weird issue with my Outlook. I have a group I have been emailing for a project we have been working on. When one of the group members replies to me, the only thing I get back is my original email. When I check on my BB the response she has sent me is there but it never shows up on Outlook. The email is exactly what I sent out, no reply above or below what I sent. The weird part to me is that it is only this 1 person that it happens to, all the others when they reply come through normally with their response above my original email.
Anybody have any ideas why this happens. Its kind of a pain in the ass that every time she replies to something I have to go get my BB to see what she said.

It's a weird issue with Outlook. I bet if you reply to that person that their message magically appears in the reply body ya?

I'm looking into this for you. I forget how I fixed it/if i fixed it a while ago.

A couple of questions for you.....
1) Is it Outlook 2003, 2007 or Outlook Express?
2) Where is your email hosted....i.e. are you on an exchange service or are you using Outlook as the client for the email service provided by your ISP?
3) Do you self administer your BES access or is it provided through work?

We had this issue here. Check your Outlook security settings. When in doubt (unless there are specific entries) restore settings bac to default.
