When I was younger my mom would mix the kielbasa with her mac and chez then bake it in the oven, wow was that filling and we would end up eating it for days.
It would only get better in time.
I'm starving I'll have to give mom a call.

Courtesy of my Polish mother-in-law. Cut up 3-5 whole tomatoes into chunks and put them into a pot or crockpot. Then slice 2-3 onions and place them on top of the tomatoes. Then slice up the kielbasa and place it on top of the onions. Add pepper for taste. Cover and cook on low for about 45 minutes-1 hour. The tomatoes will cook down and it becomes a stew.

Ok she told me the following;
one box of elbows or ziti [boil & drain]
kielbasa sliced into quarter size slices
mix a bag of motz,chedder together in a small pot with cup of milk simmer until melted
place the pasta into a baking dish then add the kielbasa and then the melted chez, then
crush up some ritz crackers sprinkle them on top, place in oven on 350 for 30-45 minutes.
Then put your feedbag on:clap:oh yeh a garden salad as a side dish will make it all good.:thumbup:

If you're going to bake it in hot cheese/milk for 40 minutes, could you skip cooking the pasta first?

slice a bunch of potatoes, and a bunch of kielbasi.

Layer these slices in a casserole dish and pour two cans of campbells cream of cheddar soup over them. Bake at 375 for an hour. Eat. It's wonderful.
