OCD or Hoarder

Based on today's show, does Fez have OCDs or is he a Hoarder.

I say he is a hoarder because he is afraid to throw things away but really doesn't know what he has (like the bag of keys next to the bag of toe nails) and his willingness to collect urine.

He is neither. He is simple evading his true problems. The more distractions for himself he can create, the more comfortable he can be.
Every second spent in fear of an elevator is a second not thinking about the secret.
He loves routine, but it is not compulsion.

Neither. And what is this thing about subservience? If Fez were political, I'd say he was an Ultra-Hippie. Maybe he has an OCD about being perceived as weak.
