Here are 25 of the most gruesome sports injuries, plus videos for some. No one likes seeing players hurt. I still think the worst is the leg breaks. It must kill!

I was going to complain about Theismann's leg snapping in two only being #5 until I saw what was #1. Yeah, that was much worse.

Theismann's still gives me nightmares. You see it snap and then they pile on top of him, can you imagine that agony and then being buried under people?

i remember being about 7 or 8 watching that malarchuk game. it was like watching a horror movie.
