I hope I'm wrong, but I would not put it past Vince to use the NWO initials as a way to tease the No Way Out ppv, instead of getting everyone excited about seeing the New World Order. It wouldn't be the first time he has used internet rumors to hype up the WWF. Remember, Vince rarely does what is expected.
