Bring your sheep to the edge of a cliff or embankment.
You put your boots on the sheeps back legs.
Put on Velcro gloves.
Enjoy.

silly people. most places, even real butcher shop places, order meat from the processors that has been frozen. usually by 1/4 cow. They then thaw and sell it. thats why it makes the meat so bad if you freeze it again. It can only take so much. 99% of meat was frozen at some point before it got to where you buy it.

this is the company that makes Nature's Reserve:
"Aussie PremiumŪ beef is a product of its environment. Australia's vast pastures, clean rainfall, abundant sunshine and free range conditions produce the world's finest all-natural beef.
Aussie PremiumŪ beef, predominately Angus and Hereford breeds, is selected for its superior meat quality and high yields. The cattle graze freely, feeding on alfalfa and rye. These high protein grasses are converted to soft textured muscle rather than fat.
Aussie PremiumŪ beef is processed under HACCP guidelines that are regularly audited and approved by the USDA.
