could you pick a more hurtful color combination for the site? I would like to read it but can't stay longer than 10 seconds

Is this something you are going to do to lose weight and then go back to the way you were eating? A lot of it makes sense but very rarely does anyone find long term success eating just veggies and h20.

good luck let us know how it goes.

Smiler, the just eating veggies step is pretty far into the program. I don't think most people will have to resort to that. In fact that is pretty much the last resort. For everyone else, I will work on a different color scheme.

the color scheme is a little rough but I train my eyes by staring into the screen and randomly throwing sand into them.

if you are not planing a life style change and just a temporary diet, look into a raw food diet, it's healthy and guaranteed to make you lose weight

lol, love the more constructive insulting of the color scheme. Until I get it changed I will recommend your endurance technique.

I had no idea Angelfire was still around.
I like the idea of the steps. It could really be useful for revealing nutritional problems and determining your maintenance calories in terms of lifestyle choices.

with the colors you picked for your site I think you'd be more comfortable with the Robert Reed diet

plenty of protein, but watch out for those nasty additives that you might get.

I read two books in the last month that inspired me to write this diet up. I strongly recommend both of these books to anyone concerned about diet and health. "You, the owners manual" and "The life extending diet revolution". Has anyone else read these books?
