Cook fresh pasta. Reheated stinks. As for sausage, with the sauce put it in a saucepan on the stove top.

Allright. I'll just reach into the cabinet and pull out the magical re-appearing box of fucking spagetti. Christ does anyone fucking do leftovers these days.

My father-in-law use to add a little olive oil in the pasta to moisten it. I never tried it myself though.

Cver lightly. (wax paper if you have it) If the amount looks like about 2 minutes worth of nuking, do 4 plus minutes on half power.

Sounds good. Enjoy. I love reheated pasta the next day.

I fry it up the next day in a covered pan with some butter.

Definately eat it cold, it will be so much better than reheated. I'm 28 years old, I'm 100% Italian and have eaten pasta regularly my entire life, and I have honest to god never once eaten reheated pasta.

Oddly enough I have wax paper. I'm not sure how it got in here

I have construction paper. I bought it to make a shoebox diorama of TjM reheating pasta.

I do not agree with this method.
Post that craziness again and I will ban you.

I agree with others: cover so it's vented slightly, add water/olive oil to help stop loss of moisture and you're fine.

Microwaving stuff slowly is the real secret to making food edible with it. Double the time at half the power is a great suggestion someone else made.

microwave is good. also might want to try steaming it. is the sausage cut up? if so, in sauce works well as described. if whole, you can just fry it up again.

Best way I've found is to reheat it for 15 minutes in a 350F oven.

Add a couple tablespoons of water to it first; the water helps keep it from drying out.

Not fast but it works.

I just reheat pasta with the sauce mixed in with it. It's not as good as the night before...but what the hey....I don't care, it's food and I need it to stay MN fat.
