You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

My 80 year old dad received a PS3 for Christmas from my brothers. They wanted to get him a nice Blu Ray, and decided the PS3 wasn't much more than a good one. Dad has never played video games, but he said he might actually try a few. So...

What kind of video games would you recommend for an 80 year old man who has never played any?

whatever has the least need for hand eye coordination. Maybe something like tiger woods. Where you can take your time and play some golf and have it be more about strategy. I would recommend more but i only play sports games

That's a good idea, Snoogs. I know there are games for the hand held devices that are supposed to help with memory. Are there any like that for PS3?

A couple of suggestions:

Pinball Hall of Fame - The Williams Collection

For golf: Any of the Tiget Woods games, the 07 version has a better rating than the 10 version (you should be able to get it used cheap)

What are his hobbies? What does he like to do?

And stay away from the FPS/combat stuff, unless you're sure that he won't have any flashbacks.
