If some dust gets on it make sure to spray it with liberal amounts of windex.

my brother said that i should soak it in water for about five minutes, then dab it with a dry cloth

this helps actuate it or something?

He is right, but forgot one crucial step. You put it in water then microwave it to a boil.


After that hit your brother in the teeth with a claw hammer.
