"It is a far, far better thing I do than I have ever done, a far better rest that I go to, than I have ever known... I am, and shall always be, your friend. Live long and prosper."

--Spock

First off, it's already a ripoff from "A Tale of Two Cities". Second, it's just lame.

Granted i nearly cryed when Spock died the first time I saw this, but..I don'y know. It could have been better.

Well now I'm giving second thoughts about putting the "Tale of Two Cities" part on my tombstone when I die. Ever since I first read that book junior year of high school I have wanted those lines written on my tombstone. If I remember correctly they are the last words of the book, but since you are calling them crappy furie I may change my mind.

IT'S TIME TO PLAY THE GAME-AHHH!

All the Star Trek movies and series utilize literature in some of their dialogue and plot. Many other movies do it too. Sometimes it works well, other times it doesn't.

"Then... we DIE" from the last star fighter when the armada ship was crashing to a planet. There thats one of the worst line I ever heard. If I can remeber what Laurence Fishburn said on Event Horizon I would put that one as well.

Sit! Heel!! Down! HELP!!!

I'm kind of changing the subject a little, but at the end of Outbreak, Rene Russo says absolutely the most stupid line to end the movie. For those of you who don't know, she gets exposed to some disease/virus that is spreading and killing a lot of people, and eventually Dustin Hoffman finds the cure. Dustin asks her, after she's taken the cure and is recovering, "would you go through it all again", and she says, "Yes, now that I have the antibodies."

THAT IS THE STUPIDEST THING TO SAY EVER! I still get angry over that stupid line. ARG!

Bo Swenson, in the ancient western "Wild Bunch" just before being shot to pieces utters these immortal last words.

"Why don't you just kiss my sister's black cats ass!"

( I'd have shot him for that too! )

This isn't exactly a last words quote, but it was pretty much the only line Storm had in the X-MEN movie and it has to be the worse movie line ever:

"Do you know what happens to a toad when it gets hit by lightning? The same as everything else."

Who would purposely write that line?
