Some kid wanted to blow some shit up here in NJ.
Student accused of plotting school attack (http://www.nj.com/news/ledger/jersey/index.ssf?/base/news-15/126058830742630.xml&coll=1)
The 16-year-old junior, who was not identified, was charged with attempted murder, possession of explosives, possession of a destructive device and attempted widespread damage or injury after a search warrant was executed at his home yesterday, Somerset County Prosecutor Wayne Forrest said.
I wonder what the parents were doing while he had all this stuff in his room..
when police searched the teen's home, they discovered homemade explosive devices, shotgun shells, bullets, black powder, as well as bomb-making instructions and items that could act as explosive device components, Forrest's statement said. In addition, authorities seized the teen's computer.
Lucky for everyone a girl decided to snitch on him.. (http://www.nj.com/news/ledger/jersey/index.ssf?/base/news-15/1260840306194780.xml&coll=1)
The school principal, James Riccobono, said the student, a female who has not been identified, told a school resource officer -- a police officer permanently stationed at the school -- last week that a 16-year-old junior was planning the attack for yesterday.
Would have been a pretty depressing way to start the week off, good thing this nonsense was stopped.
