My friend is from Ecuador and he takes me for Ecuadorian food. MUY yummy! I tried ceviche (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ceviche) for the first time. I also tried this great seafood soup. The soup itself tasted like Manhattan clam chowder and it had shrimp, clams, squid, salmon.
Now I want Ecuadorian food.

How quaint. They passed off the guinea pig as chicken.
