I got a heavy bag from my nephew, and brought it to my house and after much struggling and almost blowing my back out, I finally hung it up. It weighs 150 lbs!
I got a pair of training gloves and just need to start whaling on it. Is there any place a beginner could find out more and technique?

If you don't know how to properly tape your hands and wrists that's the FIRST thing you need to do.

Also learn how to properly throw a punch, or you'll wind up hurting yourself.
