I've been watching a lot of this in reruns on TBS/TNT and it's not a bad show.
The cast is a little rough, with many characters tough for me to like, but the plots are good and the way they handle the flashbacks and current scenes is interesting.

It's a team of Philadelphia cops.
The lead female is a pastey blonde.

She's not so photogenic but can at times look cute in a " I Never Get Tan " kinda way.

How come the cops used to suck in Philly back then? Why are there so many unsolved cases?

That's a good point.
Maybe they take so long to solve open cases that they become cold cases.
It's a never ending cycle.

i've only ever caught the show in reruns & it's pretty addicting. it's good tv at 3am. it's a shame cbs is ending it though, so it will be a lot harder to find episodes that i haven't seen before.

I've never watched a 1st run episode.
I have to try and catch it from the very beginning to get the background on the characters.
