I notice that there seems to be a lack of continuity between the mods.

If not all of you are on the same page, how can we expect the board to be managed properly?

Please explain this to me.

The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing?

One mod says he is only around to update the file library and admitted to not warning posters if they do things that are against board policy.

Some mods undermine what other mods do. An example of this is seeing a member banned only to be unbanned a day later.

Some mods do nothing.

Is there not a staff room?

Do you not share what is done on this board with one another?

Warnings, bannings, etc. are not shared with other mods?

How is this supposed to be accepted?

Seriously, how can the members of this board be expected to adhere to any of the "rules" if all of the mods are not enforcing these rules consistently?

All you mods should either start communicating with one another about what each do on a regular basis or step down.

Those who do not want to take on the full responsibility of being a moderator should not even be a mod.

Do the job consistently and regularly or get the fuck out of the position and let the administration of the board find people who will.

There's a difference between a board character and simply having another board name. Admittedly, we haven't stuck hard and fast to the rule of that thread, but that's largely due to people no longer overdoing the board characters. At the time of that thread it was really getting out of hand and threads were being sidetracked left and right by board characters. Since that died down there's really hasn't been a need to limit board character so much.

Honestly, I forgot that that the thread was even there, but I'll update it. Thanks for bringing it up.
