I just went in July.

They have Harrahs casino if you like to gamble. There will be hundreds of pick pockets so watch your money.

If kids come up to and say "I know where you got your shoes at" say me too and keep walking. They will be trying to swindle you out of money. they will bet you -- the answer is the street that you are on. Get New Orleans for dummies it is a great book with all of the sights and restaurants listed in there. You will have a blast.
