me and the wife had a lasagna cookoff and brought them to friends who just had another kid. i made one with buffalo bolognese, fresh moz, ricotta, and parm reggiano. she made a spinach bechamel with parm, cottage cheese, and italian fontina. mine was good but hers was better...

They do both look good and would be a welcome non-turkey snack right about now.

You have to go crazy on the apps and sides so you don't get sick of turkey. I just had leftover meatballs and stuffed shells for lunch. Much better than eating turkey for 8 straight days.

I like the looks of the first lasagna more, but I also don't like spinach.

I don't really make lasagna very often, as I can't eat dairy. I did make this beauty for my Sister and Brother-In-Law a while back, though.

I don't know if you are referring to the spinach or the large tomato pieces, but there isn't any bell pepper.
