Characters can't fucking maintain.
In Life on Mars, when the cop travels back in time (or not, whatever, irrelevant here), how hard is it to try and act the situation. Yeah, it's weird and crazy, but do you have to act like you just escaped from "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest"?
In Heroes, Matt Parkman knows that Sylar is in his head ... so why the fuck are you constantly talking/yelling/screaming to him in front of others?
It's a fairly common plot point where a character suddenly experiences a situation foreign to him but not so to other people. Whether through time travel, out of body experience, imagination, whatever. Why is it so hard to try and act naturally?
If I ever time travel, I fucking keep quite and start betting big on every Superbowl, NBA Final, MLB Champ, Derby winner I can remember. Deal with it. Adapt to the situation and fucking maintain.

It's funny..I'm becoming so indoctrinated to the PC way of life, I have to be told when to laugh and when something is acceptable as to be regarded as funny!! I'm afraid to emote since it might be the wrong emotion!

Yep. I notice that too. It always bugs me.
Also, if a character is carrying a sealed box... it's empty.
Happy resolutions. I'm sorry, life doesn't work that way.

It makes no sense when they go out of their way to disguise product logos but they make the fake logo so similar to the real logo that it's instantly identifiable. Why bother? So the guy's drinking a can of beer and the logo looks exactly like Budweiser's except there's a generic "BEER" in the center where the Budweiser name should be. I'm still going to think it's Bud. You're still giving them free advertising. Why go through all the trouble. Just Soprano up your show and let the product placements fly.

That any show that I like will get canceled about a month after I start watching.

Also, I a show is popular it will run at least a season longer than it should. The last season you watch because you like the show but there are no new story lines left.

How when someone leaves the show it is like they were never on it to begin with, or when they replace the actor doing a character.

drinking out of an empty cup always bugs me. i sometimes miss what happens in a scene, cuz i'm so focused on the obviously empty cup. i understand the filming schedule is long, and they don't want to drink cold coffee during each take, but would it be so hard to put some water or iced tea or SOMETHING in the cup?!?

i despise when a character goes into a bar and orders "a beer". try that in any bar and the bartender will stare at you like you're a moron!!!

The thing I hate most is anytime someone shoves a sock/rag in someones mouth to gag em, and the person sits there as if they don't have a tongue to push it out with
