As in, you just can't act totally normal, when you talk to a person with a handicap or other non normal physical trait. For instance, Ron once commented that he gets skeeved when he shakes hands with someone who is missing a finger.
For me, it's cross eyed or wandering eye people. No matter how hard I try, I can't avoid looking off toward the direction their eye points to, when I'm talking to them face to face.

people with large tumors.
there was a girl who went to middle school with my sister. she had a tumor on her face that was so large, it hung down to her chin. it stretched the skin so that it looked like she didnt even have a face (when looked at from the side). when i first saw her, i wasnt expecting it and i caught her from the "no face" angle, while she was wearing a hoodie. it was one of the few times that i can say, without hyperbole, that i was terrified. i dont know how i didnt let out a scream. i thought i had stepped into a movie.
