I have complained about this for a while. I trained with an independent promotion to be a manager but they are alo just interestd in Valets. They see it as if they have to pay an extra person, people would rather come see a hootchie in a short dress then a guy who could actually add something of substance.

Bobby Heenan was the best. I remember one WWF Superstars where the Big Bossman handcuffed The Brain to the ring side railing, and for the entire hour he was there while the "executives" tried to get him free and every wrestler who was feuding with the Heenan Family just happened to be wrestling that week and would come over and take a cheap shot.

We need Bobby Heenan, Slick, Mr. Fuji, Freddy Blassie, Jimmy Hart, Johnny Polo, and Brother Love to come back and manage... they ruled.. and it really is a part of wrestling that has faded away in favor of T&A... not taht I mind, but there could be a couple more funny guy managers... to give a voice to guys like Kane who suck on the mic.
