I like both as well. Nyquil has its advantages - the first time I ever got 'drunk' was on nyquil on accident. But I have always enjoyed pepto-bismol. I would sneak sips of it as a child. I was after amoxicillin, but pepto worked for my needs.
I go pepto.

I can handle the taste of both, but Nyquil is not as bad. Any form of generic Nyquil is AWFUL, though. My son hated me for buying it. I avoid Nyquil, though. It gives me freaky dreams, and I'm totally lethargic the whole next day.

If I could only have one taste, I'd take the Pepto
If I had to drink a quart of it, I'd rather drink the Nyquil, because I'd get a buzz before I'd die. A quart of Pepto would block your anus for a month and make you shit a brick. I'd rather die with a buzz

then when you get there they have to cups. one of pepto and one of green nyquil.

I prefer the taste of pepto but for some reason if I take it when I have nausea or heartburn I puke, pink puke every time. So I never take it. As for nyquil, I prefer my alcohol in beer form.
