DOES ANYONE REMEMBER A BAD FOX TV sketch comedy show...

back in around circa 1990? I remember it was on around the same time as Totally Hidden Video and the opening showed the cast members running around a house, sitting down on a couch watching a bunch of TV monitors....one sketch was a spoof of this japanese kung fu movie with bad mouth voice over dubs and overly fast camera angles, and at the end the announcer always said, "And remember kids, BE LIKE BILLY". WHAT THE HELL WAS THIS SHOW????

it wasnt The Edge, but that was another god aweful show. This show had no cartoons, just basic sketch comedy, it was before the Edge.
