A Hispanic is a person of Native American decent who also shares European and possibly African blood lines in some quantity. Generally they speak Spanish. If they are from any place in cenral america, they are Hispanic. They obviously have a much higher concentration of Native American genetics. So, it is not incorrect to refer to a Hispanic person as also being Native American. Possibly if you are from there and have that in your family tree, their might be some embarresment from it for some reason. But why anyone would be, I have no idea. Nothing wrong with it as far as I am concerned.
