I was introduced to fly fishing while I was going to school in Oregon (ditching class, wading into a river in my jeans and shoes and fishing all day) and its something I'd like to get into again.
When I lived by the beach in LA I tried fly fishing the surf but it wasn't the same.
I'm thinking of getting into the sport again. Does anyone else fly fish?
Where do you like to go? Favorite gear? Pics?

The No Reservations episode about Montana dealt with fly fishing a lot. It made me want to try it.

I'm big into fly fishing.
My favorite rod is a SAGE center axis 3wt.
My favorite line is Scientific Anglers 3 weight forward floating.
I have some pics, but I would have to scan them.
I have a lot of places near me that I go to, but my favorite place is around Big Sky Montana. The Yellowstone, Gallatin, and Madison rivers.

So the only Fly fisherman on .net is in Minn?
Anyone from the tri-state area Fly Fish? I'd love to hear about some good spots as opposed to random online research.
