I've been watching some clips of the movie of this on youtube recently, and was surprised that there isn't a thread about it. The DVD is out of print, so unless I want to pay $25+ for a copy on half.com, I am going to have to wait for the next release.
It's a solid, solid movie...sign up for Netflix.

Strong film. Is this Pacino's last great performance?

One of my favorite films
I also saw it on Broadway with Alan Alda and Leiv Shreiber(sp)
Just as good or better on stage

How the hell is Glengarry Glen Ross out of print? That doesn't even make sense to me.

The original one probably, but there's a new special edition of it that's still in print.

I love that the name for the movie on the set was "Death Of A Fuckin' Salesman."

This just came out on Netflix within the month...
It was really good - Alex Baldwin really does steal the whole movie - and Pacino comes in at the end and almost takes it back...
The toughest thing to watch is when they are describing what they are selling ... which is basically crap on a stick. Its hard to imagine anyone would be able to do that.

oh I've got netflix, but this is the kind of movie I would watch with enough frequency that it belongs in my DVD collection.

Ed Harris was really underrated in that movie.
I felt, outside of Baldwin, he gave the best performance.

This thread just stole an hour of my evening away by compelling me to listen and re-listen to various glengarry clips. Just saw the time. It's past midnight already?!??! Fuck!!
