I don't need any warning notices to tell me something is loud. Mind your own beeswax Steve Jobs. If you want to do something, how about designing ear buds that don't keep falling out of my ears.

The problem is that most people don't know what too loud is and instead of saying "oh man, I fucked up and lost my hearing" they say "I'll sue Apple!" This is like driving your car into a wall at 100 then suing Toyota...

That said, anything that can help make sure I dont lose more hearing im in favor of, I already use the volume check on my iPod now.
