What basketball game should I get for the PS3 when they come out next week?

I downloaded the demos of 2k10 and NBA Live 10. I've bought the 2k games over the last couple of years because I've like the game more, and the demo makes it seem cooler, too.

So snoogans, what are you getting?

basketball games are the toughest games to get realistic and good. I always reccommend renting them both first and tryin them out. They are so hit or miss basically ever since they came off sega genesis

Download the demo for 2k10. The way the players break through screens and move to the basket is pretty realistic.

NBA Live 10 just seems like another EA basketball game.

Live has gotten too into the dynamic DNA and roster updating shit. Sometimes they are good and sometimes some things are so incredibly bad.

Never played 2K10 much because i dont often buy basketball games anyway.

The EA game demo (PS3) that I played was visually much more impressive than the 2K version (draft combine demo.) The gameplay seemed pretty similar to me - with the 2K version seeming to be a bit more realistic. FWIW.

I like the draft combine aspect.
