iCarly had 7.5 million viewers last Saturday.
The only 3 shows to have more were the USC-Ohio State game, the VMAs and Miami-Florida.
It was the #4 show on cable last week.
#14 & #20 shows on cable last week? iCarly repeats.
What the fuck?

A couple of weeks before that, the highest rated cable program was the Wizards of Waverly Place movie on the Disney channel. It's kids. Nick and Disney Channel have done an amazing job of courting tween viewership. Add to that that adults have more choices, so it's harder for a cable show geared towards adults to get that kind of market share unless it's a major event.

Hey, Carly found out that Sam and Freddy kissed. That's big news for the pre-teen girls that live in those households.
And yes, my daughter had to watch it on saturday. Lucky we have multiple tvs in the house.

Huh? It's not like there hasn't been first-run TV programming made specifically for kids continually over the last 50 years.

He just wishes iCarly had been on when he was a kid.
And iCarly and similiar shows are basically what Full House, and the other ABC TGIF shows were 20 years ago.

You bet I do.
Are there hot teen girls on that show? Me as a 10-year-old would kill for a show like that.

They did a great job not only for tweens but also for single men with no kids, they love watching those shows!!
The suite life with Zach and Cody I bet gets a lot of attention from them.

I watched the episode before that one when the muffin basket exploded and hurt the doorman. Lots of plot holes in that one.

Ask him if he knows who Gibby is, and how Gibby likes to dance.
Let's see how much he watches iCarly.

I was going to say that this how looks awful, but then I remembered the awful shit I used to watch on Nickelodeon when I was a tween.
So I'll just quietly back out of this thread.
