You can trial a bunch of them. Try DVD Audio Extractor.
FYI - Some DVDs are really tough to work with - I had a hell of a time finding an app that worked with a Live David Gilmour DVD. If all else fails you can play the DVD and "record what you hear" with Audacity (free.)

Audacity's great and free too but will probably have to sit there and monitor the whole dvd

Yep - it's (Audacity) a good last resort - Xilisoft makes good ripping/converting stuff.
